5 Corners - Essex Junction, Vermont
Developed with BlackRock Construction, this project facilitates the redevelopment of over 5 acres of property located at the Five Corners, in the heart of Essex Junction.
Full build out will be 220 +/- housing units with at least 10% being affordable and a mix of unit types and amenities being distributed across 5 new buildings.
The 20,000 + square feet of Commercial/Retail contributes to the growing commerce in the Village Center and anchors a “park-once” destination for both the residents of the project as well as the immediate surrounding area, with its rapidly growing resident base.
Riverside Senior Living

Haystack Crossing

Haystack is a BlackRock Construction led community building project consisting of 219 housing units, 50 Senior Apartments and 11 Mixed Use / Multi-Family buildings, located just outside the heart of Hinesburg Village.
The overall scope of the development is designed to meet growing housing demands in Chittenden County that continue to increase, while utilizing new urban design concepts to combine homes and businesses to meet the needs for affordable, first time, growing family, empty nesters and Seniors. This combination within one development makes for a diverse community that is suited to become an important part of Hinesburg for generations to come.

Developed with Sunstone Construction, this planned community consisting of 32 units, featuring duplex, carriage and traditional single-family homes. The project is located adjacent to Vermont National Country Club and the Wheeler Nature Park in the heart of the Southeast Quadrant.
